Kya M. Henley is a skilled investigations, litigation, and crisis management attorney who has worked with Fortune 100 companies and high-profile individuals on a range of internal investigations, government enforcement, congressional investigations, regulatory inquiries, crisis management, and complex business litigation matters. 

Kya has represented clients across a diverse set of industries, including the technology, financial services, religious, government contracting, cyber security, and healthcare sectors.  Prior to founding Saint Park, Kya regularly represented clients in white-collar criminal and civil enforcement matters before the United States Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, State Attorney General offices, and other federal agencies.  Kya also has experience as a business litigator, representing clients in high-stakes civil litigation matters in federal and state courts. 

Kya began her career in public service, as a successful lead trial attorney in the Public Defender’s Office of Maryland. She leveraged her advanced training and trial experience to transition into litigation and enforcement roles at elite international and national law firms. Prior to law school, Kya interned at Kroll as a research analyst performing Spanish-language due diligence and at the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

Kya was named a Rising Star in White Collar Defense by Super Lawyers and a Pathfinder by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Kya regularly authors articles on ESG developments and cyber security compliance and she is a law school guest lecturer on various kinds of fraud.

Kya loves to travel and hike with her German Shepherd.

  • Represented a nursing home conglomerate in an investigation by House of Representatives Oversight Committee related to COVID-19 pandemic.
